This time i managed to make a complete and total balls of my life but am finally back on track. Some on you know my history and some of you don't but after getting through my own personal stuff that we all face from time to time i finally allowed something to drag me down to deep water. Times were bad for what felt like forever but now i'm through it and despite being a physical , emotional and financial wreck i am looking to the future with bright eyes. I'm on a path to rebuild my life and that includes the RP that i used to love and sink myself into. It may take a week or two for me to get back up and running as i need to sort out jobs, a place to live, money and all that earthly stuff but i am surrounded by good people here who have my best interests at heart. This wasn't the case for a long time. Sorry i was away for so long. Sorry i %@%$@@ up and sorry i haven't been in more contact. This time i really do plan on coming back for good, if my word still means anything.

I WANT to play Nicholas, but I refuse to do it on yuku. They stole over 200 us dollars from me when Ez moved to yuku and claimed it as "no refunds" when I wanted it back, I will NOT do anything to let them have satisfaction with me on their systems for that amount of money. Sure, it was a long time ago now, but still... it's a lot of money... I'm itching to start writing again but.. I hope you understand why I won't do it here. Besides I don't like the new system on yuku a single bit, it annoys the hell out of me to be honest I was thinking (I've sent an e-mail to Aidan) that if we wanted a fresh start, we could maybe start fresh somewhere but move all posts WITH us if we move. (If we didn't it would be like moving to a different country and not pack any photos or history of our previous lives, it wouldn't be fair to any of us or our written tallents ^^). That's why I was curious about moving before we start RPing because IF we move (Yes if - Aidan wants to, his board) it could be smart to move things first and start RPing on a different place than in here to move that too later on. This board, that board waste time building some new site and it gets lost in the flux of things plus it just slows the enjoyment of the game. Sure making it nice is great, but ultimately your imagination should be your greatest tools, another thing plus don't force people to have a photograph of their character. Some sites force you to use real photographs. It is better to have illustrations. Whatever happens. In a normal day I may have 10-20 minutes of time to post, after that its back to the drawing board for me with work, and running two businesses. Jake Click me.

That was kinda rude of you to put it like that... I can't see anything slowing the enjoyment of writing at all here to be honest since I'm the one offering to do the layout and the move by my self IF there will be a move. And who is forcing anyone to use a photograph of their character?? I surely didn't. And, As I said before IF we want to move, I can do the work with moving posts over, that's fine by me but it's all up to Aidan really. Besides, Proboards has a lot of neat things in their controls than what Yuku does, for one thing - SUB boards! AND, you can create as many accounts as you like with the same e-mail address just to mention two feats from the top of my head. Who ever said that Proboards force photographs to be used at all? that's up to US to choose you know, if you want to use an illustration for your C, do so, if others wants to use a photograph that's fine too. You choose what ever you want to portray your character the best way you know how and no one can say anything else. And, Shanria, there are A LOT of changes between Ez and yuku and especially when it comes to layouts and things like that. For one, I don't like the system here because I have annoying controls where I don't want them, say on the very top of the board with all the kudos and other crap.. Not to mention the annoying icons showing that this is rss and other ... things. I don't like the jump system or other things here either. But that's just me and my personal opinion. I feel annoyed just to post here in ooc because Yuku (Staff) pisses me off.. And, another personal opinion is that I work better in text and muse if I have a neat place to go to that draws you in with a good layout, perhaps that's not the case for you Jake, but I can't see gray as a muse spark for me at all (or my 7 year old banner.. shudders). Or Yuku at all for that matter.. they're Thieves and I will never claim any different no matter what anyone else says about it, no one will be able to change my mind about that. I gave the idea of moving to pro because I am willing to work on a design for oof that would suit our stories and suit our characters lives and history and I know the pro system well enough to say I can do it now too but I refuse to do do it on yuku due to the fact they've stolen from me, as I stated previously. I own two boards on Pro, one together with Shannan (Nezumi Lightfoot) - Aerune, and another which is Vampire based but currently inactive due to lack of writing time between work. (yes, I do have time to do layouts because that's something that calms me down, I "meditate" by doing them if you will). As both Lili and I've said, we WOULD take ALL our posts WITH us, perhaps add them into an archive? or perhaps just move them to their rightful rooms depending on how WE decide IF we move. NOTHING would be left behind if that's what you're afraid of. You won't even have to do anything but write on another board but here, that's not hard or even complicated, creating an account there takes about 2 min, tops, not to mention you can change your display name so if you register as say "jake" (everything comes with small letters and no spaces) you can change your display name to Jake Estrada but your login would be "jake". But why are you acting like a ditz? No where in my post prior to this very recent post did I come and point at you and get on a soap box and come off as a rude and rash man. You've stepped off your pedestal a few times and done this to me several times and I have attempted to remain silent because it was a HA-HA moment for you to run off in text to try to make a point. I take it you think I attacked you. I didn't previously! But now you went off and complained about my post which I think is utterly ridiculous to begin with anyway. Of course proboards doesn't force you to use photographs; it's the actual administration of any given game that may require you to use photos. One such board that comes to mind was your NCS, just to list one, there were many other boards that I previously played at that used such guidelines. I only asked to not go this route with this so called revision of this board. So don't post to me like I am some sort of retard and try to make yourself more intelligent than you really are by trying to single me out on your so called crusade! Now, I see you don't like this site, which is fine, because of a previous problem with ezboard, fine you have stated your opinion and that was fine by me. He simply voiced his desire to get back to the writing part. 2) No one said you couldn't just get back to the business of writing, Jake. With the new board actually already up, once Aidan gives the okey-dokey, that is exactly what can and should happen. 3) And this is one reason I dislike online conversation....so much can be misinterpreted or misread when you can't LOOK at someone or HEAR their voice. Now, on the subject of moving threads/SLs/etc- i think they should be moved to the same room ont he new board and then,once we get writing again, we can decied what to move to an Archive thread and what to leave in the various "rooms". Our strength is often composed of the weakness we're damned if we're going to show.
